Making a Complaint

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. As a NAPIT-registered company, our approved ADR provider is NAPIT.
